Good day, I am on Yak’s Bend server and it seems the skills challenge Kalakka the Brain on the half-sunken ship in the southern Brigantine Isles is bugged. The said NPC is not there but the two others are.
If this is a repeat post I apologize but the forum search did not yield any results.

It was also bugged for me yesterday and again today, i need this to complete the area exploration so its pretty annoying

I’m on Yak’s Bend as well, and I just went there and it’s bugged (NPC not there, and/or not offering a skill challenge). I did this successfully with another character, so perhaps this bug is inconsistent.
