During near death the skills are not showing with my elemental (Kris P Beikon). My mesmer today, didn’t have that problem. See attachment
Nearly dead, throwing dirt or whatever and appears I managed to cheat death tho no skills to continue to fight with and back near dead using the given skills only.
I logged out and waited a couple hours and it was still doing the same thing when I logged back in.
I hope that made sense.
