Hey,
I noticed this today shortly after login. The female Norn warrior I made with a darker skin shade does not show up as having a dark face in the selection options. She looks like a white female norn over there. I’ve noticed all skin colours look lighter in the boxes below but this is quite a big difference. I hope you can fix this soon.

I’ve also experienced this. never really understood how this bug only happened to my Human and Norn toons

There’s something wrong with the shaders that are used to generate icons. Your characters don’t change from what you created them, just the lighting. Happens since last year’s Halloween or even earlier, I don’t quite remember.
