Guild Wars 2

Looks like this skin from WvW badge vendor was not updated by the april feature patch.

Buying the soulbound item does not unlock the skin,
it does not appear in the wardrobe,
can only be applied by double-click on it,
and doesn’t unlock after applying it.

I had the other parts unlocked from PvP, so i don’t know if those skin items are bugged too.
