Guild Wars 2

I really don’t know if this is a bug or not. I recently returned to GW2 after a long, long absence. I had several jade weapons in the bank but they now say skin locked and I can’t send them to friends or sell them. All the aetherized and super adventure skins weren’t locked, though. Just kind of curious, if anyone has an easy answer.

The word ‘locked’ means you don’t have the skin unlocked in your wardrobe. If the item is a skin, you need to consume it (by applying it or adding it to your wardrobe). All skins, including aetherized and super adventure are ‘locked’ in the same way.
