While this is a issue that has been present since release, I can’t believe I’ve never seen it brought up here. A number of classes have abilities with a wind up animation that can be skipped by mashing your hotkeys. I notice it the most on my engineer (This bug is almost a core part of the class now. Try dropping a healing turret then waiting a second to use the overcharge, then try it and just spam your heal hotkey.) I wish I could just say “this engine handles casting like garbage”, but that isn’t a specific bug.
