I can’t get the achievement, it stucks at 9/10. I surely found all of 10 Master Sky Crystals, interact with them, but still no progress. So, what should I have to do with that bug?

First, make sure you actually have gotten all 10 and that you did not simply miss one. Dulfy.net has a good guide with pictures (and I think videos) showing them all and how to get them.

The one many forget about or cannot find is the one inside of the cliff far down below the skydock waypoint.

I’m sorry, yes. I lost the one #3. I’ve just done it and make the achievement.
