The gate control to let characters up seems to be bugged and won’t pop to use. Been hours now. Only here for the world completion and would like to get out of pve asap because of reasons like this.
You can try guesting to another server to, perhaps, end up on another map that might have a gate control working. You can check which map, before and after, by using /IP in chat.
