Slow running glitch/bug?
I haven’t heard anyone else experiencing this problem. Perhaps you are using some type of game pad? Can you try using some other type of method to make your charater run such as holding both left and right click on the mouse? Does the problem still persist?

Yes the problem still goes on. I’ve tried using the auto-run option, turned walk on and off, and nothing changes
Well it seems this isn’t a bug for many people or there would be responses or other threads created on this topic. You could try running a repair or full re install. You could also open a ticket by contacting customer support which is done by following the link in the upper left of the page for “support.”

Tried re-installing and that didn’t work. I’ll submit a ticket however. Thanks
I’ve had this issue occur before, but it generally goes away once I change my vector. I’ve never had it persist. For me, it generally occurs when I try activating a skill and about-facing at the same time. There’s like a specific timing that will cause this “Baywatch run”, as I call it. Though like I said, as soon as I alter my direction, it goes back to normal speed. Not sure why yours would be stuck permanently.

Haha, Baywatch run puts it nicely. Yeah, my problem doesn’t go away after turning or leaving an area
