SO- He’s not appearing, ever. I come by and his minions are dead and his life bar is full but he is nowhere to be seen. I’ve tried guesting to other servers, I’ve even tried going to other instance of the map and he is literally just gone .-. This has halted my map completion. It’s ALMOST as bad as the portal not working in Rata Rum..
