There’s a heart in Snowden Drifts near the Loneholme Range for helping the crafters. Where the heart is located on Jade Quarry there’s an arrowcart named Auda’s Turret that occassionally turns and shoots at mobs but there’s no heart NPC nearby. I assume it’s supposed to be Lionguard Auda but I haven’t seen her in over a week. I did a bug report a week to ten days back and the heart NPC is still missing.

Try looking around a bit. She is quite close though sometimes dead and you need to rez her up. I found her south of that cannon on the other side of the valley.
