When will this glitch be permanently fixed? It’s all nice that you remove the titles awarded to people/accounts that did not in fact earn them, but it is annoying to have them removed on an account that DID earn them.. Especially for the 5th or 6th time.

It is extremely annoying to have to reinstall GW to be able to log in and enter the HoM to reclaim my titles and missing achievements… Yes sometimes they come back on their own, but most of the time they do not and at that point the only way to “fix” the fix is to visit HoM in the original game. It gets very tedious.. :/

Contact support. It doesn’t happen to others as often as you seem to be experiencing it.

Or don’t uninstall GW1 — it has less than a 4gb footprint.

I don’t have a lot of space on my game drive unfortunately. Uninstalling games is the only way to fit another one at this point..

Try visiting the HoM website then.

It’s possible that entering your GW1 character name there will prod the servers into updating your status. (Depends on why the bug keeps coming back for some people, but not most and how they programmed the site in the first place.)

It’s generally not a good idea to have a drive that full that you can’t afford a few extra gigs here or there. If you can afford to add a drive or upgrade your existing ones, then get a thumb drive and run GW1 off of it; the data needs are small and you don’t plan on playing, so performance (which won’t be “bad”) won’t matter. 16 GB (which is more than twice what you need) costs under 10 bucks at Amazon/US.

(Plus, contact Support — there might be something they can do. At the very least, they can probably push a button or flip a lever that will update your account as if you logged in to GW1.)
