Solo Arena Double Queue

So I joined Spirit watch and after a minute I got another invitation for Solo Arena, I was keep closing with Wait option but reappeared every 5 secs. When the time has expired I got placed over to Skyhammer with a different group.

(BTW: In PvP/WvW I get random Lagg spikes even if no one is around and everything is alright on my network)
