Guild Wars 2

I have searched the forums and can’t seem to find a real answer… sorry if this is somewhere I didn’t see.

My personal story is still bugged (stuck on chapter 7), and I had hoped that I could visit her in Lion’s Arch to get my story sorted out, however, she is no longer at her wagon.

I have looked around LA to no avail (perhaps she is really good at hide-and-seek?) and everything online states that she is still standing in the Grand Piazza. When searching the forums, all I can find as far as answers go is, ‘we have taken her writting supplies away’ and I can’t figure out if this means that they removed her from the game, or if they just stopped her from sending mail (starting to look like the former).

If she has been removed from the game, my personal story is still broken, and I would like to know how I can fix it, or if it can be fixed, or if she hasn’t been removed where her new location is within the game, and if she is supposed to be where she has always been, I’d like to report that she is not there on my map.

If I heard right it seems she was removed from the game. She was bugged and causing spam to a few players, also even sending mails to players not affected by the issue she was supposed to fix. I would advice you to contact Customer Support if it’s still broken for you, they can assist you better.
