This one should be easy to find and replicate since it has been this way ever since the new LA update.
Talk to the Dungeon Armor and Weapons[Merchant] in Lion’s Arch > Ask “What armor pieces do you have?” > “Show me the armor from Sorrow’s Embrace” >

here you will notice that rather than 2 buy tabs like the others, this one has 5. The first rare armor tab is fine, the second is the exotic armor tab, and the last 3 tabs all have Forgeman Mantle in them. Each of these say they are tradeable with a “Furnace Reward Pauldrons of the Forgeman”. In addition to this, when you return the the second tab, where you should find the exotics, the price for all light armor forgeman items, with the exception of the headpiece and boots, is wrong. Chest = 210, hands = 330, Leggings = 180, Shoulders = 300. This is consistent for all 3 of the armor stat types.
