Guild Wars 2

Hello, I have a problem for the past few days and although I have repeatedly contacted the support, I was not given a concrete answer as to whether it is a bug or not.
I’ve played GW for many years and have accumulated: Stocks, Pet, etc. etc. Allies. I therefore decided to link your GW to GW2 to get the rewards of the HoM. Using the web page HoM Calculator they are 3 points, that of connecting the account but, as you are shown in the photos, I have far more ’titles. After several attempts, despite the HoM calculator I gave three points I managed to get x but not all rewards. GW I have no chance to enter the statues of the allies although I have followed the lead and despite the allies are level 20 and with the armor changed. It also MOX that does not need any armor. MiniPet legendary etc … plus some titles are not recognized despite the official guide and the computer shows them. And ’possible to verify? Thank you.

A Gm most likely will not reply because it’s for a game that this forum is not about. You will be able to get help over at the other forum I posted, even though there are no gms there. You can get help from other players, believe it or not, and that forum is full of people who still play.

If you received a reply from the CS Team, then you have already gotten a reply from a GM.

If the HoM Calculator indicates you have only earned 3 points, then, likely that’s all you’ve earned. From the pictures you posted, it looks like you have not yet applied the Tapestry Remnants you need to the different sections of the HoM.

Why i can’t add my hero?

The Monument of Fellowship is generally more about hero armour than the hero themself. Do you have heroes upgraded with their alternate armour sets? Because that’s what you need, but I’m getting the impression you think you just need the hero by itself to get the points.

This is true for all heroes except for MOX (the one he seems to be trying to add in his screenshot). MOX comes fully upgraded as soon as you unlock him as a hero, and so you can add him as soon as you have a tapestry.

OP: Have you played through the EOTN story or bought the tapestries needed for you to add Heroes/Pets to that particular monument?

from your screenshot it doesnt look like you have the monumental tapestry needed to unlock the collection. this hangs on the wall behind once you have it.

i think you get one collection unlocked for free, for the rest you get the tapestry from certain parts of the eye of the north story.

You can see the border of the tapestry in the screenshot. It is possible he’s in account mode view and not personal view. Which would explain why you can see the edge of the tapestry but why he can’t add anything. If this is the case, all he’d need to do is log onto the character with the tapestry there and add MOX with them.
