I don’t know if this is supposed to happen but i put a Rune into these rare pants i had and it now says they are Soulbound so i cant give it to someone or sell it. But when i try to put them on it says i need to Soulbind them to me, i dont know if this is supposed to happen or not? Are the Soulbound nor not??

Anybody know the answer to this? Is it a bug?

Placing runes in an item will soulbind it. Most likely the reason for the popup when you equip is that the code checks to see if you wore the item and if not, warns you. It does not check to see if it was soulbound from a rune.

Lesson- Don’t put runes in things you don’t plan to wear.

If you read the warning before you put the rune in, you’ll know that putting any upgrade component into a object will make it soulbound to you.
So basically it is soulbound to you and it is not a bug.
