Guild Wars 2

I just installed GW2 a day ago and I have noticed that when heavy bass sounds are playing they become fuzzy and sometimes turn to static. I tried turning the sound quality down (I have seen this as a fix in other threads) with no results. If there is a fix to this issue please let me know. It seems to only happen when I use my logitech g35 headset but not through my speakers, I’m guessing it’s an issue with surround sound.

Possibly related: sometimes I hear random and often distorted explosion sounds while playing the game after many spells were cast at once.
