Guild Wars 2

Going from Highest Quality to Fastest Crashes the game client.

To reproduce:

- Start with the client Sound Quality at at Highest Quality. Meaning set it there then logout. If not already set there.
- Next log back in and go to the Sound Quality slider and then click fastest. After that begin to click up the level incrementally from the left to the right of the bar. At that point the game should crash.

Also please fix the sound bug that keeps crashing the game when in wvw!
