Just a simple little problem.

Ive just finished the Source of Orr personal story instance a a day or so ago and have been trying to find information about this problem before making this thread, the fight went fine, the ending was great and satisfying but i wasn’t able to claim the poi, once the fight and cut scenes are over and it was time to leave i ran all about the area exploring every nook and cranny trying to get the dam thing to unlock and nothing happened.

As far as i can its impossible to get outside of the instance since the door is perma sealed during normal zone gameplay.

Am i doing something wrong? Can a dev Unlock the poi on the character i used or do i really have to play 30+ (which is about 3 weeks for me when im not at work) hours of dedicated personal story with a completely new character only to risk the same thing happening again.

I only have a few explorer poi’s to find and this was the last in Orr so i was excited, its been a real let down to realize its impossible to get.

Wait, which poi are you talking about? The only poi at the Source of Orr section is the one at the Cathedral of Verdance, which you get just by being at that temple. If you add a screenshot for the one you need, I can probably tell you how to get it.
