Not working properly, not only Southern Pact and Central Pact over Northern Pact can not say anything. NPC group stops engine, usually occur after any NPC was defeated, or at least I think so. Huge request to correct the problem. Thanks in advance!

2 NPC’s died in the archway just before Rally. Pulling things doesn’t work, the giant leashes before he gets anywhere near them. Many of us have karma waiting to buy shards to finish our legendaries. It’s idiotic enough to have the vendor be at the end of this chain quest, but to then leave it this buggy is beyond belief.
Pulling things DOES work. Try pulling a mob and once it enters combat with the pact have thieves and mesmers pull it towards where the champion is. Keep pulling mobs while you go and push/pull them towards more mobs. You want your legendary? Stop crying and do what I did to get mine!
