So I have had friends confirm they have gotten Southsun Crates, and jewelry still dropping on Southsun which means the tickets and blue mini are still available.

Is this intended? If, so, were the Mini Reef Riders removed and kept Limited as stated in the released patch notes?

Any info would be helpful, thanks.

Note: If this is true, i’m very impressed that Arena Net didn’t remove everything and allowed Southsun being worth farming now (for ticket skins for my PvP locker). If this isn’t intended…. super sad face.

Anet needs to re-balance Karka queen as well, she is basically un-killable now with the few people that show up in Southsun.

Can we get a confirm this is going on and isn’t a bug?

I’ve been farming there a bit. No crates but I did get an exotic settler’s amulet.

This seems to follow the same line as other “world bosses” in that they don’t seem to scale according to the number of players actually engaging them.

I do wish Anet would balance that out much better than it is now. As it is, I am not about to attempt the Karka Queen all by myself and my clones with no one else around. None of the NPCs show up to help and Southsun is as deserted now as it was just before that story opened up.

In my opinion, to make the Karka Queen permanent would work just fine if it only scaled for the amount of players actually engaging her in combat. Obviously me and my clones don’t make an army…lol
