Guild Wars 2

I logged in to Southsun Survival last time it was the Daily Activity, but had no chance at all of winning. Why? The moment I appeared on screen, I found myself affected with an HOUR of “Immobilize”. It was actually a race to see if I would die first from lack of food, or be booted for not moving. I died first (by a narrow margin) and was freed of the purple chains when I faded into the mists.

Surely the Mermaid could have extricated herself!

But yeah, that bug happens from time to time. Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to die. Fortunately, if you say in chat that “I’m bugged. Please kill me.” there’s plenty of players willing to “assist” you.

With Southsun Survival, it’s obnoxious enough (and already a handicap) to be put into a game that’s already in progress, let alone have something like this happen. :/
