Guild Wars 2

I have completed the collection for the Fix-R-Upper, yet it won’t recognize several of the items I’ve obtained for it.

Here with a little help, for both boxes you have to open them for collection to count them, for mystic hammer you have to unlock it’s skin, sadly I have no idea about mushroom, haven’t got it yet
