I have completed these achievements several times (speedy reader and cleaning up the neighborhood) and it does not show them as complete or even if I restart them it will not even show any percentage completed. This is quite frustrating and I did read on guild wars 2 wiki that the Speedy Reader one was patched on July 9 “Before the July 9th patch this achievement was not listed and not always rewarded. People who have been reading all parts before but did not get the achievement, got it with this patch.” If this is the case then why am I still unable to complete these?
