Spent GEMS for bank tab and didn't get it
Wait, I got it and can’t use it wtf! Okay, refund my gems and remove the extra bank tab icon from my inventory on my necromancer.
Why was I allowed to do this and spend gems without a simple maximum check? SERIOUS BUG, Anet

Well I’m in the same boat. I bough the logging axe for 800 gems and did not get it. I’m looking in the support area and I can’t find anything on support with Black Lion Trading Co. All the tabs are for game purchases and such.
So not sure what to do next. Looks like Anet took my gems. I won’t make another purchase ever, too risky for me if this is not resolved. If anyone had a similar issue and have a suggestion, it will be greatly appriciated
Mordeki: Did you clear out your mailbox? Items from the BLTC are delivered via in-game mail, if your mailbox is full you won’t get the delivery until you remove some messages.
Curtegg: Open a support ticket and politely ask for a refund of your gems. Considering you can’t use the item you bought on any character I can’t see why they wouldn’t refund you. They really should have a check though when buying bank tabs!
Never buy bank tabs from the gem store! Only buy them from your own bank window, that wil seize to show the option after you have reached the maximum account. (7)
File a ticket in this case and ask anet to kindly refund your gems.
