Activating the Itzel spirit poison while killing the Keep Construct does not give you the spirit strings for the Envoy I collection. I’ve spoken with several other people that killed KC while being affected by the itzel poison buff but they didn’t get the item either.
can confirm. My group killed KC tonite, NO achievement aswell as NO collection item(s)
3 weeks in a row and nothing for me, some in the raid group get it, others don’t. It’s bugged to all hell.
Send a ticket to Customer Support. They told me the bug is known and being worked on. They also sent me the Spirit Strings within less than 2 hours after I submitted my ticket.
