Nobody else is reporting this with the upgrade, so start with the assumption (right or wrong) that its you, or something on your end, and chase that. If its a general problem common to your video card, others will chime in here with ‘me too’ by the time you finish.

Its like textures are missing or surfaces are not being rendered at all. Check that you have the latest video drivers and windows updates. Try a graphics intensive test (a video profiler – there are free ones out there).
Heat can be a problem, does this happen right away after launching the game? Does your computer have good airflow? Check temperatures (there are free programs for this).
