Hello,

I would like to report here a bug that I encoutered while collecting armor skins: it has so far been impossible for me to unlock the “stalker” medium armor set boot skin using the armor skin bought from WvW vendors.

None of the following actions allowed for unlocking the corresponding wardrobe skin:
- buying the “stalker” boot skin item from WvW vendor. Considering the behavior of other (account|soul)bound skins, buying that one should unlock it right away. I bought the skin using two different characters, one that wears medium armors and one that does not.
- rightclick skin item -> unlock: the option does not exist. I suppose it is restricted to skins that are not account bound.
- applying the skin item to some white boots.

I should add that it seems that the bug seems to be limited to the skin item from WvW itself. I was indeed able to successfully unlock the skin after buying the “Warhound Boots” from “Kennelmaster Warsnout” in the “Iron Marches”, boots that sport the same “stalker” boot skin.

I’ve been following bugs of a similar nature. In this case I can’t verify it because the API doesn’t identify the skin unlocked by the skin item, but chances are good it’s pointing to the wrong one.
