Since the last patch Static Discharge doesn’t seem to target anything when used with ground target skills like grenade barrage or orbital strike (or maybe it did this before and I didn’t notice, haven’t played with it much until now) . Rather than the bolt going for the target it seems to fire from my feet directly into the ground. Only way to get it to hit with these skills is for me to stand in the target’kittenbox.
Skills that fire projectiles like battering ram or surprise shot seem to work fine.
