Guild Wars 2

Using stealth or invisibility skills during combat makes engaged mobs reset, but does not end combat for character unless he moves large distance away from engaged targets so that they completely fade from view.
Sorry if this was reported already or intentional design.

can second this, only when you use it before combat it works. But dont know if it is intended this way

It should be fine as long as you don’t pull the mob too far away. Otherwise they will go invul when you try to resume
