Trying many times to get Tepp at Tyrant’s Mount, after doing the instance. He never appears and the
WP is always showing it is contested. Is this bugged? When will it be fixed. This is my last stein of ale to get the achievement.

the event does bug out quite often, however, try to report it in game (it gives the devs more information about what’s going on at the time I believe).

in the meantime you can buy the item from the trading post for 4 silver. while this is not a fix, and you shouldn’t have to complete the collection this way, it is an option.

Just ran across this after making a post myself. Had no idea it could be bought in the trading post. -.-’ Still should be friggin fixed.
