Would you happen to have been able to confirm if the effect only works while attuned to Earth? The tool tip doesn’t list that you need to be, which could mean the 600 meter range is the limiter, not the element, but I wanted to make sure.
It seems to work in other attunements too. Not sure about water/wind but it definitely works with fire.
I’ve not noticed any difference between differing attunements either. Hopefully the amount gets fixed shortly. Dont want anyone put off going into earth because of this.
I’d totally go earth in WvW if they would uppen it to the 10%. Until then I feel like I’m at least as good off with 30 water instead of 20 water and 10 earth.
