Hi, I’m not sure if this is a bug, but i think it is. If this is posted in the wrong place I’m sorry, but I didn´t see an answer to this problem anywhere.
The problem I have is that I’ve stopped earning hero points when leveling, and doing hero points challenges.
I noticed this when leveling from 25-26 in the Shiverpeek area. Again in the Kryta area, when leveling from 26-27 and now again when going from 27-28 again in Gendarren fields.
The problem with earning hero points from hero point challenges isn´t a consistent problem, so I am not to sure how often that ocurres.
I play as a human ranger at the moment, my level 80 norn warrior have no problems gaining mastery points, I haven´t tried gaining hero points again with my norn character, so I don’t know if it’s all my characters that´s affected by this problem.
Hope I´ve included as much info as needed, and that someone can help me out.

Which hero challenges aren’t rewarding you hero points? Are they ones that drop an item into your inventory that you then have to use? Are they Commune types? or are they Fight types? When you try them, are they being marked as “Hero Point Earned” on your map?

The only other types are the “go thru the dialog” type, some require paying attention.

Also note, Mastery points are not the same as Hero points. A character below level 80 doesn’t contribute XP towards your selected in-progress mastery track, they earn XP to their own level 80 and ~then~ start contributing to mastery track progress.

The level transitions stated shows that there are no hero points awarded.

Maybe I’m reading it wrong but I’m pretty sure that table says you should get +8 hero points when you reach level 27.
