Bugged on Onager Bivouac on 05 jan 2013.

Bugged on Gunners Hold on Jan 5th 10:45.

on seaferer’s rest it’s fixed for now

but there is screenshot how it seems. if you can resurrect that charr – bugged. if not then you will only examine dead body and quest continue.

Broken on Borlis Pass 1/5/13.
There’s no way to start the storyline quest to progress any further.

MY FIX TO THIS PROBLEM EVERYBODY PLEASE READ:
So as Jeffrey Vaughn suggested, you have to complete an event. For me it was the Minotaur event. You have to kill the little ones, then the Veteran massive one. I’d suggest 2 or more players for the veteran Minotaur, but it isn’t entirely necessary I don’t think. Fortunately I went tank mode with my Guardian. Everything worked fine after that.
The first time I could rez the vigil crusader, after I killed the Minotaur’s, I couldn’t, and the story went on.

This worked for me. Someone was in the same area and revived the body. Doing the minotaur quest respawned the veteran harpy that killed the body again. Note that this is a couple of steps after the Warmaster Gurn problem.

Still bugged yes, they have TOOOOONS of them to work out. This is just a temporary fix. You’ll most likely have to wait for one of two events to spawn. So unfortunately until they fix it, wait for the event before you can proceed :/

In my story quest, I could not investigate the dead crusader, but only had the option to rez him, can’t progress in the story now.

Ah, found the problem, it’s not the NPC, there is something on the ground next to him, or where he was lying on

Bugged on Gate of Madness. In the “search the camp for more clues” section, I’ve interacted with everything I can find, and the marker is sitting just below a vigil soldier, which only has the “greet” option.

Quest: Fixing the Blame (66)
NPC: Warmaster Gurnn
Location: NE Mount Maelstrom, East of Unguent Den, North of Gauntlet Gulch
Problem description: NPC is supposed to continue the Story Quest questline, but when you attempt to interact with him he give default NPC chatter response. (“Welcome” “What?” “Speak” “Excelsior”)

Glitched on crystal desert as well. story quest fixing the blame he just says hello! or What?

Bugged on Tarnished Coast. It’s pretty freaking bad that this is still an issue.

Bugged on Tarnished Coast indeed. I thought they fixed this issue in the October 12th update? This is ridiculous.

Stuck on this part as well, Tarnished Coast, very frustrating having bugs that are months old preventing Story Quest progression.
