Is it intended that your allies during story quests aren’t reviving you? Because it doesn’t make sence that an ally wouldn’t revive you if you’re in a downed state…
If I see some of my allies are in a downed state, I try reviving them fast before they die. I’m not saying your allies are supposed to heal you during combat, but some tweaks would be appreciated regarding this topic. I don’t like watching your allies standing next to you as I am dying…

In general, named NPCs in a story step will revive you IF they’re not in combat.
