I just started playing a few days ago and i was doing my circus lvl 20 story quest and when i got to the ringmaster i killed him but the quest didn’t complete itself and instead i got something that says “you have recieved a invitation from the crown please check your mail” my mailbox was empty and i had no new mail, thus leaving me with an uncompleted story quest. yes i logged out and back in.

i decided to come back to it later and i went on to complete kessix hill and i got the mail that says i completed the zone and congratulated me, but i got no blue chest from it, why am i not receiving rewards for these?

As for the Personal Story, you may not be of a sufficient level to proceed. Personal Story arcs are available at L10, then L20, L30, etc.

As to finishing Kessex Hills, did you have any other chests waiting in the queue? Did you find any items deposited into your inventory?

i did the story when i was lvl 20, i am now lvl 25 and still cannot complete the ringmaster circus quest :\, i went on to complete other zones and i have received the blue chests, but i still have not received the blue chests from kessix hills and im still waiting for it. im concerned that i wont be able to proceed my lvl 30 story without finishing my lvl 20 quest.

Again, if that is the last instance in the L20 arc, you will not receive the mail until reaching L30. You can check it on the Wiki.

As for the Map Completion chest, you would have to contact the CS Team about that.

thats absurd, the 2 people i was doing it with at the time got their rewards. why am i the only one that has to reach lvl 30? we were all lvl 21/22 at the time of completetion

Have you emptied your mailbox and made sure there is nothing waiting for pickup at the TP? Things will queue up if you have too many items.
