Guild Wars 2

I completed my storyline mission with a friend. Since I was in his instance of the quest, normally I would get a pop up asking me to progress to the next portion of the quest. This did not occur, and when I left the instance, my storyline quest disappeared completely.

Is this a known issue or am I missing something?

My girlfriend had the same thing happened but it got fixed after a patch the other day, don’t know how so she closed her support ticket.

She gave me permission to post a picture and ticket reference number to help aid in narrowing down the issue. (she also reported it as a bug in-game)
