Guild Wars 2

So, I just got to SoD, and was hoping to do some leveling. Problem is that all the hearts are “finished”, so I can’t do them. However, I can purchase items from the questgivers for karma points. Dont know if I am the only one, but please fix this!

There are no task or “hearts” in SoD

Cursed Shore
Malchor’s Leap
Straits of Devastation

They have no heart quests there. For instance:
