The skill challenge in the South West corner of the map will not let you initiate it as can be seen in the image. The server this was found on is the Dragonbrand server.

Yes, I faced this bug too.
I have transferred to Henge of Denravi, Kaineng, Devona’s Rest but still have the problem.
PLEASE FIX!

I had a problem with this previously and it was fixed, but I guess only temporarily. Try checking after a new build or a server reset I heard it usually works at those times.
