Today after killing tequatl, i realised that i had on my hand a strange water-sphere animation thing.I removed weapons,clothes,changed attunements,but it will not go away.
After changing map it went off,howether it looked preety nice,and also leaves a tail of water behind when walking ^^
Any one know what could it be?

That is probably a stuck skill animation
Some skill effects of late have occasionally need glitching. My Elementalist yesterday was stuck in the ‘breathe fire’ animation, there have been reports of rangers using greatsword skill 3 getting the bird visual with it stuck over them until they zone, and I too have noticed sparkles around my own ranger as though I had a drop on my corpse waiting to be collected.
