Hi everybody,

I have recently experienced two strange appearances of the zone rewards. I mean thank you for the Sword, which is very useful for my ele, but twice? (See pic. 1 and 2)

Then just before I completed Sparkfly-Fenn I found a yellow mask, which is absolutely awesome according to the current drop rate of those, but that is another topic. Anyway for completing the zone I got – guess what? yes you’re right! – exactly the same yellow mask again.

I am now wondering whether that is a very strange contingency or something else. Did someone experienced the same thing or is it just me?

We’ve completed the zones together with our asura elementalists and I also noticed a “funny” reward behaviour.
After beating Tequatl I received a yellow “Carrion Verdant Bow of Water” and after completing the zone (~ 10 minutes later) I got a “Carrion Verdant Short Bow of Water”.
BUT, indeed – compared to Tyr – it seems I had very good luck, because one was a short bow and one a long bow. ^^

I don’t think this is a bug. Some items are probably more likely to drop in certain zones than others and random numbers are going to create some interesting coincidences. If half the players were getting Verdant Bows half the time, that might reflect something odd. For what it’s worth, I didn’t get a verdant item from Sparkfly completion.
