Since i used “-StreamingClient” i noticed that my custom playlists don´t play in game anymore. I tested it with the MainMenu playlist, with and without the command line argument.

I know that -StreamingClient is a Beta but i didn´t find anything on the forums. It would be nice if arenanet looks into it.

Some players have posted that their custom playlists stopped playing before the advent of the -streamingclient command line argument.

May be a coincidence?

Good luck.

not sure if this will help you, but it fixed a problem I had with custom playlists not playing (nothing to do with the -streamingclient command line, but you never know).

open your playlist in notepad (or something similar), check that the song location listed is the full address of where it is. eg. C:\Users\Username\Music\RandomTitle.mp3. sometimes when creating a playlist they are created without the C:\Users\Username part added (or something similar), and the game can’t find the song, so it won’t play. save when you’re done editing, and it should work fine.

hope this helps some

I can confirm that Battle and BossBattle playlists don’t work while using the streaming client.
