the warrior trait Stronger Bowstrings (tactics IV) changes longbow skills unexpectedly

it causes the following changes to occur:

1. Dual Shot: 10% reduced damage, becomes 100% combo finisher (might be related to this update)
2. Fan of Fire: Burning fact doubles but actual burning is unchanged. becomes a 100% combo finisher
3. Arcing Arrow: Damage fact in description reduced, but actual damage is unchanged
4. Smoldering Arrow: Damage is doubled, radius fact becomes hidden, description changes
5. Pin Down: no bugs
6. Combustive Shot: unaffected

Cool, it was reported months ago so what’s the ETA like on changing a few numbers?
