Guild Wars 2

Played a few stronghold games today. Nika and Grymm are locked out, even though I’ve got HoT and had them available in previous stronghold weekends. Same thing for the rest of my team.

I have a problem with my Heart of Thorns pre-purchase.
I bought the HOT with the ingame menu everything was verified and completed.
But for this particular feature i have no idea why don’t i have access to.
Summoning the special heroes in this battleground.
Chek in the attatched.
Question: The “Upgrade to HOT account” means i get acces to the full content of the game ? I don’t have to buy the previous GW2 since i arrived after the F2P launch?
Maybe this problem is related to this in some way i don’t know.

I have the same problem and i have HOT pre-purchased.
This feature seems to be bugged at the moment.
I wrote a ticket too.

That happened to me too. I think those are reserved for when HoT is actually released.

no no i’ve seen people use them .. but this week seems like everyone has them locked, no mather owning the game or a F2P.

I could use them on a past beta weekend, but I have the same problem now. Seems rather odd that they would allow them in the past and suddenly lock them. Maybe there was a problem with them. After all the 2 that are locked are not as old as Turai Ossa (correct me if I’m wrong), though they all been in existence for quite a while…

I assumed since it wasn’t a beta weekend for HoT content, Anet wanted to level out the playing field for everyone who is new so they could see some of the new content that is coming. It kind of sucks as it’s not the better hero, but ah well. :P
