Stuck after "phase retreat" skill
Happened to me a lot more recently, with my guardian, really annoying in spvp (staff #4 and gs #4 it seems)
Im sometime getting stuck in ground after using mesmer skill phase retreat (staff 2) and cannot move for several minutes. Its not a major bug, happens 2-3 times per hour, but when in battle it always lead to death.
