Guild Wars 2

As title, I am new to game and two days ago I have tried to enter the Heart of the Mists area, and my character got stuck in that loading screen. The screen keeps loading until a window pop out asking me to report error to ArenaNet.

I have restarted gw2 and rebooted PC countless time and it happens over and over again when I want to play that character.

I tried creating a new characters and did not encounter issues loading into game.

It has been 36 hours since my first character got stuck now… If this cannot be fixed, I wish someone can at least release my character from the Heart of the Mists area so I can continue playing it in other area…

I also get this problem I have tried everything in tech support didnt help and this is the error code I ussually get in about 1-5 min (Code=7:11:3:191:101)
I really enjoy this game so I hate not being able to play.

i`m getting same issue the last week, two of my toon now stuck in loading screen (Code=7:11:3:191:101)
