Guild Wars 2

Alright, so I was playing real fine for 3-4 hours, was about to enter a PvP game and my client suddenly crashed, giving me:
“The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. For additional support, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com.”
Trying to log back in, and I’m just stuck on the loading wheel of the loging screen for a couple of minutes before having the following message:
“Guild Wars 2 has encountered an error
The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists…bla bla bla”
My internet is working just fine, I don’t think my firewall is the problem, since I haven’t touched anything and was playing just fine.
I even changed my DNS setup and renewed my IP address to no avail… is anyone else experiencing this problem?

My friend asked me to write this:

The game appears to have crashed. anyone not logged in to the forums cannot access account settings to log in either.

Here’s the error you get when the account page attempts to load:

Login Error: Portal returned error: {"code":42,product,module,line,“text”:“GameGate, transaction timeout {#89453}, {P+/Game.gw2.AnProxy/GetAccountFeatures+STS/1.0}”} — l_c.rb 95 (fangamer:-1).

If you can see your account page, it will say you need to purchase guild wars 2 and has no record of you owning the game.

Any idea?

A lot of people are having trouble logging into the game as well; keep an eye on reddit for updates.

I’m having the same issue right now, I haven’t changed anything on my system.

me too, i just got DC’d and can’t log in. is this another DDOS?

Same here. Seems a few people on reddit are having the same problem with the forums too.

Yeah, I’ve got the same thing. I don’t know what Anet is doing, but this needs to be fixed.

Had just finished a match, was being moved out, crashed, and now can’t relog…same results as above when I try.

I am having the same problem for a few mins I couldn’t even log in to the website same err was coming up on web for me but now I can log in on the web but not in game

Same here. At first I thought it was my internet but it is not

having the same problem as well

I also was kicked from the game with an error that the login server is not available. I relaunched, and never even get an error, it just sits there indefinitely trying to log in with the circle spinning. Have at least one guildie I’ve spoken to having the same issue.

42:0:9001:4418 this is the error code that i am getting everytime that i try to log in

I had this issue and now there is a profound amount of lag that nothing can fix on my end. Literally it is freeze frame movement at best.

i have seim proplem i dont ifen get error i just get in game blackscreen and just stuck on it when i to ctr alt del to see progrees game just crashes to destock like it wasend ifen launch and now i ifen dont get it it just crash when i us launcher

Hi, thought i’d mention this :

today 15 aug 02.05hrs CET ,got dc’d from game, and can’t reconnect to login server.
Seems to be another problem again since it isn’t my internet that’s acting up.

Also, when logging in it DC’d me saying the game client cannot connect to the login server. Takes ages to login through the launcher as well.

The game client has lost it’s connection to the server please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again code 7:11:3:109:101

it’s been doing this for a few hours now keeps kicking me when ingame and does not let me log in for a while (seems to happen more when i try to enter sPVP matches)
so far i counted 19 DC’s in the last 4 hours.

any help would be wonderfull.

Cannot login at the moment, I got kicked like half an hour ago, and just having a really slow login from the launcher, and then getting connection alerts when loading into LA. Sometimes it gets to 100%, I can hear people in the background, but the loading screen just stays there. After some time friends say I just go offline.

same error code here. On eu deso server. Can loggin but when selec a char it dc in loading screen. On my alt account on anvil rock all is fine do!

Same. Made a topic (15 aug), still can’t login, can hear sounds after about 3-4 minutes but loading screen stays.

1. either the launcher says it’s can’t connect
2. you get to the loading screen and it says cannot connect to login server
3. you get the loading screen stuck on loading while you hear sounds from the map.

Same here. Started around 4 hours ago when I was in the fractals with my guild. First this resulted in a disconnect but I could log in again after “only” three tries.
However, at this moment, log in just won’t work.

Tonight I’ve had around 15 disconnects in the short time I’ve played. I cannot log back in when I get dc because I get 60-180sec loading screen then the message:

The game client lost its connection to the server. (Code=7:11:3:191:101)

Now I have been trying to log back into the game for the past 10 minutes, and get this message EVERY time now after a really long loading screen.

I keep getting the same whenever I want to go to Heart of the mists. And sometimes on other maps too.
Since most of my characters are in the heart of the mists this is quite annoying.

login servers are still down, i even send a message to the twitter page about the issue! come on anet get those hamster working again pretty please !!

I have the exact same problem. When I first logged in everything was working fine (although a bit laggy) but when I switched characters it had connection issues when loading that character. I have been able to log back in but now am not able to load any character.

Message I am getting: ‘The game client lost it’s connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again. (Code= 7:11:3:191:101)’

Same problem for me, sometimes i manage to log in but can’t load any of the maps.

Been having infinite loading screens + disconnects since around 6am GMT.
