Guild Wars 2

After crossing the portal to Frostgorge Sound (via Snowden Drifts) the loading screen freezes (music stops aswell) and even after 10 minutes of waiting nothing happens. The only way to close the game is using the task manager (alt+f4 or alt+tab to close it from the desktop doesnt work, the game is flagged as not responding in the task manager). My Ranger (Kad Keyn), the char i was playing when that happened, is stucked on that loading screen for 3 days now. I can play with other chars, swich area with them and everything works fine. But i would love to have access to my ranger again.
Can you just relocate it in any other major city or somewhere else that its not Frostgorge Sound?
