Guild Wars 2

My Asura guardian is stuck on the personal storyline mission “Rescue Researcher”, in the “A meeting of the minds” part.
It is the mission directly after you choose which of the orders to follow. I chose Durmand Priory.
To start the mission I need to go to the Council Chambers instance and start the aforementioned mission.
However, the green marker is to close to the exit portal of the Council Chambers, which means I don’t get the question to start the mission instance, but I get the question if I want to leave the Council Chamber instance. (See attached screenshot)

This is part of the L30 storyline mission, not the L40 (I don’t think I coul have started the L40 storyline missions without being level 40)

This looks like you were still in a story instance when you took the screenshot. Can you exit and reenter to select the next mission?

I am indeed in the Council Chambers instance as I said, but that is where I’m required to go according to the green marker. This marker is not present outside of this instance, so the only way to start this mission is from inside the Council Chamber instance.
I’ve already entered/exited the Council Chambers instance around 10 times, to no effect.
I’ve also tried inching my way into the exit portal trigger zone, closing the “Exit to Rata Sum” question dialog and moving further towards the green marker, but I never get the question to enter the mission instance…

Ok, I’m stupid for missing that green marker, thank you very much for pointing that out.
However, as you can see on my screenshot, I did also have a green marker inside the Council Level, which apparently can be confusing for idiots like me…

Wow now I feel even stupider. I wish I was drunk so I at least had an excuse :-/
